Dr. Robert T. Rizzuti received his D.M.D. from Washington University, St. Louis. He has been in practice in the group since 1980. Dr. Rizzuti graduated from Vianney High School in 1971. He graduated from Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in 1975. Go Irish! Dr. Rizzuti taught as Associate Professor of Oral Diagnosis from 1978 to 1981.
Dr. Twillmann was born and raised in North St. Louis County. He graduated from St. Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1978. He went on to receive his D. M. D. at Washington University School of Dental Medicine, St. Louis, in 1982. He has been in practice in the group since 1982. He and his wife Karen have two children, a Daughter and a Son.
Dr. Lori Wulf-Roseman received her D.D.S. from the University of Nebraska Medical Center – College of Dentistry in 1989. She worked in private practice prior to joining Family Dental Services. She has been in practice in the group since 1995.
Dr. Roseman and her husband, Chris, have two children. They will officially be "empty nesters" in August 2023. They enjoy time in their yard, traveling, and all the great sports that STL has to offer.
Dr. Misischia has been with the group since 1985.

Dr. Avanija Reddy was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She attended dental school at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa, Arizona. In dental school, Dr. Reddy discovered she loved working with children and decided to further her studies in pediatric dentistry. She then attended a residency program in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and became a board-certified pediatric dentist in September 2015. In her spare time, Dr. Reddy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and exploring St. Louis.

Joined Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2018 as Associate Professor and Head of the Section of Orthodontics.
His wife, Manita, is a dentist and a Clinical Assistant Professor at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. They reside in Edwardsville, Illinois.
Dr. Haribabu received his D.D.S. from the University of Detroit Mercy, Michigan, in 2018. He received advanced residency training in Orofacial Pain- TMJ disorders and fellowship training in Infectious diseases dentistry from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, New Jersey. He is originally from India, where he trained extensively in Oral and maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Haribabu's focus of practice is on Oral Surgical procedures pertaining to wisdom teeth surgery, dental pathology, infections, TMD/ Facial pain & dental implants, and grafting. He has also lectured extensively on those topics both locally and internationally.
In addition, he also serves as a faculty and Department Director of Oral and maxillofacial Surgery at ATSU- Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health, St. Louis, Missouri.
Dr. Haribabu enjoys spending time with his family and friends and exploring new cuisines.
Dr Snowber Fazili graduated from Boston University, Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2008. With over 10 years of clinical experience in private and public healthcare settings, she is committed to providing comprehensive and high-quality dental care in a kind and caring environment. Dr. Fazili's treatment philosophy is based on disease prevention and education, enabling patients to make informed decisions about their oral health. To stay current on the latest advancements in dentistry, she takes continuing education courses throughout the year. Dr. Fazili lives in Brentwood, MO, with her husband and two boys.
